For CEOs and Investors Seeking Technical Leadership

Startups and growth-stage companies often face a critical gap: visionary founders who understand their market but need seasoned technical leadership to scale. Investors frequently encounter portfolio companies, or acquisition targets, where technical dysfunction threatens otherwise sound business models.

As a technology executive advisor with three decades of hands-on experience in AI, blockchain, and enterprise systems, Dana has guided companies through product architecture decisions, technical team builds, and the complex work of translating emerging technology into practical business outcomes.

For CEOs

Dana provides the technical depth of a full-time CTO combined with the strategic perspective of someone who has led five companies to successful exits totaling over $750 million. Whether you need to validate a technical roadmap, assess build-versus-buy decisions, or bring discipline to an engineering organization, Dana delivers actionable insight without the overhead of a permanent hire. His expertise spans AI implementation, blockchain architecture, and the operational challenges of scaling technology teams.

For Investors

Distressed assets often fail not from market weakness but from execution breakdowns: missed product deadlines, technical debt spiraling out of control, or leadership gaps that erode team confidence. Dana has turned around underperforming technology organizations and repositioned companies for acquisition. His work as a technology executive advisor spans venture diligence, post-investment technical oversight, and hands-on operational leadership when situations demand it. From AI strategy to blockchain tokenomics, Dana brings pattern recognition developed across dozens of engagements in emerging technology sectors.
